A Secondary School

Although happy with their catering service a large secondary school asked AOIC to carry out a full financial audit of its catering contract to determine whether they were receiving best value and contract compliance. The data was benchmarked against similar schools in the area.

AOIC identified and realised a substantial five figure rebate for the Client. Following a "Best Value" tender exercise, the incumbent caterer was offered a new five year contract with a clearly defined service level agreement that included some significant investment from the contractor.
