CONTRACT MONITORING

Once a contract has been let many AOIC clients request our consultants carry out regular contract monitoring of their contractor.

A successful Contract Monitoring process recognises good practice, innovation and the efforts being made by the contractor together with a financial audit.

AOIC provide our clients with an independent review of the foodservice, merchandising, hygiene, health & safety. In addition our consultants complete an in depth analysis of the contractors own financial systems. These are checked against the client's contractual agreement.

An AOIC monitoring report is written in plain English that recognises the successes and shortfalls of the contractor's service provision. If the contractor has overcharged the client our document will provide our client with a clear route for recompense.
